Vista Host, with more than 35 properties nationwide, is seeking a Guest Service Manager for our beautiful Hampton Inn & Suites in Wichita/Mulvane, Kansas. The Hampton Inn is a 300 room upscale property located in a growing market, near new business development and casinos. The hotel opened in 2012.
The Guest Service Manager is a multi-dimensional role that requires performing multiple job duties, often simultaneously. The Guest Service Manager coordinates front desk activities and ensures complete satisfaction of all guests. Additional responsibilities include: communicating with all departments, managing reservations and room assignments, assisting with F&B operation, responding to guest requests, inquiries and escalations, and much more!
