Assistant General Manager – Home2 Suites Lexington University/Medical Center, KY

The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Lexington, KY is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our team in our wonderful 103 room property located just 3 miles south of Downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky.

We’re looking for a hands-on, service oriented individual that makes guest service a top priority. This job combines in-the-trenches front line work along with administrative, sales and marketing, revenue management and supervisory aspects of hotel operations.

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, cost control management, sales and revenue generation. Assists the General Manager in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. Ensures implementation of Vista Host and Home2 brand strategies and initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations. Builds relationships with key customers.

  • *A minimum 2 years hotel management experience
