Vista Host, a nationally recognized hotel management company with over 35 properties nationwide, is seeking a Guest Service Manager for the soon to open a dual Hampton Inn and Home 2 Suites, on the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk.

This beautiful property will be 213 rooms and is conveniently located on the San Antonio Riverwalk, the hotels offer guests easy access to Pearl Brewery, San Fernando Cathedral, as well as famous Riverwalk restaurants and entertainment. Steeped in local culture, the property is only steps from some of the most historic landmarks in Texas.


Projected Opening Date of November 2018!



The Guest Service Manager is a multi-dimensional role that requires performing multiple job duties, often simultaneously. The Guest Service Manager coordinates front desk activities and ensures complete satisfaction of all guests. Additional responsibilities include: communicating with all departments, managing reservations and room assignments, assisting with F&B operation, responding to guest requests, inquiries and escalations, and much more!

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of hotel management experience
  • Exposure to all areas of hotel operations with an emphasis on rooms
  • Highly motivated with an outgoing personality and excellent people skills
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
