Guest Service Manager – Home2 Suites by Hilton Ft. Collins

The BRAND NEW Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Collins is currently seeking a Guest Service Manager to join its opening team!

Managed by Vista Host Hotel Management & Development, this beautiful, 108 room property is projected to open May 1, 2018 on the outskirts of Fort Collins just 5.5 miles away from Colorado State University and Old Town.

The Guest Service Manager is a multi-dimensional role that requires performing multiple job duties, often simultaneously. The Guest Service Manager coordinates front desk activities and ensures complete satisfaction of all guests. Additional responsibilities include: communicating with all departments, managing reservations and room assignments, overseeing and assisting with breakfast operations, responding to guest requests, inquiries and escalations, and much more!


Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of hotel experience, leadership experience preferred
  • Exposure to all areas of hotel operations with an emphasis on rooms
  • Must have strong management and leadership capabilities
  • Hands-on, outgoing personality with excellent people skills
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
