Vista Host, a nationally recognized hotel management company with over 35 properties nationwide, is seeking a Director of Sales for our Home2 Suites, currently under development in Brandon, FL.

The Director of Sales will be a dynamic, aggressive and outgoing sales professional who recognizes the importance of direct selling, building and maintaining relationships, outside sales calls, effective prospecting, internet marketing strategies, community involvement, civic responsibilities and integration with operations.  Revenue Management experience and expertise complement all strong candidates. Prior Hilton experience is beneficial but not critical.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales
  • Hotel leadership, including developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts.
  • Meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPAR Index goals.
  • Work with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management program.
  • Motivate, evaluate and review sales personnel while communicating company goals and objectives.
