Executive Housekeeper: Support all Housekeeping operations including the development of team members to provide an exceptional experience for our Guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with overseeing Housekeeping/Laundry operations
  • Implement, effectively, all Housekeeping policies and procedures including Health and Safety and security
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
  • Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities
  • Ensure staffing levels cover business demands
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support managing, training and developing the team
  • Provide excellent guest service

Requirements:

  • Hotel housekeeping/laundry experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Proficiency, at a basic level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

The Director of Sales will be a dynamic, aggressive and outgoing sales professional who recognizes the importance of direct selling, building and maintaining relationships, outside sales calls, effective prospecting, internet marketing strategies, community involvement, civic responsibilities and integration with operations.  Revenue Management experience and expertise complement all strong candidates. Prior Hilton experience is beneficial but not critical. Experience within the Austin market highly preferred.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales Hotel leadership, including developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts.
  • Meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPAR Index goals.
  • Work with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management program.
  • Motivate, evaluate and review sales personnel while communicating company goals and objectives.
