About Vista Host
Our company has in-depth experience in managing limited feature hotels, mid-scale full service hotels, convention hotels, and resorts.
Franchise brands have included Hampton Inn & Suites, Hampton Inn, Hilton Inn, Hawthorn Suites, Holiday Inn, Sunspree Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, Residence Inn by Marriott, Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites, Amerisuites, Homewood Suites by Hilton. We know that each hotel is unique and we must address the needs of each specific hotel.
Superior performance has been demonstrated by awards of excellence including: "Management Company of the Year" by Hampton Inn and the "Roy E. Winegardner Award of Excellence" for Hampton Inn's highest achiever in guest satisfaction and operations performance. We continue to lead the Hampton system in the number of President Award Winners, an award given to associates providing the guest with outstanding customer service.
In addition, several of our Holiday Inn hotels have received multiple awards from Holiday Inn Worldwide, including the coveted "Top 20" award, recognizing the twenty best hotels in the chain. Vista Host's operational strength flows from our focus in four primary areas: a strong commitment to guest service and satisfaction, the General Manager's involvement and understanding of the sales effort, a comprehensive reservations sales training program, and maximum efficiency in labor and operating costs.
